The SNRIU Commission conducts an inspection of the Rivne NPP on the accuracy of the information provided in the report on the periodic safety reassessment based on the results of the next safety reassessment of the Rivne NPP Unit 1

In 2010, the SNRIU issued an EO №000943 series license for the right to carry out activities at the stage of the life cycle "operation of Rivne NPP nuclear units №1 and №2" with the condition of safety reassessment every 10 years.

The Commission inspects the condition of the power unit, compliance with the license of the nuclear installation, compliance with nuclear and radiation safety requirements, the status of implementation of measures to assess the technical condition and continued operation of equipment, pipelines, buildings and structures of safety systems, fuel management systems and power plant physical protection system etc.

The results of the inspection will be summarized in the Act of inspection and submitted to the management of SE "Rivne NPP".
