The SNRIU allowed the commissioning of the ZNPP Unit №5 after repairs

The readiness of Unit №5 of Zaporizhzhia NPP for start-up after scheduled preventive repairs with reactor core overload was considered during a meeting at the SNRIU on September 7, 2021.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman - Chief State Inspector for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Ukraine Hrihorii PLACHKOV with the participation of representatives of NNEGC Energoatom, SE Zaporizhzhia NPP, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and state inspectors of the SNRIU.
