On January 30, 2015 SNRIU representatives answered question and gave professional clarification to public and media near the building of the Government of Ukraine during information campaign of group of public.

This group protested against Westinghouse nuclear fuel, namely against “replacement to fuel rods of international company Westinghouse on Ukrainian NPPs”.

State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine informs that diversification of nuclear fuel for Ukrainian NPPs is realized under strict requirements of national standards on nuclear and radiation safety and in correspondence to IAEA standards.
