Khmelnytskyi NPP provides additional access to IAEA inspectors

On July 22, 2021, Khmelnytskyi NPP will have additional access to inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency in accordance with the requirements of Article 4.b. (i) of the Additional Protocol to the Agreement on the Application of Safeguards in Relation to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The inspection is carried out by inspectors of the Agency with the participation of the SNRIU inspector.
The purpose of the inspection is to verify the absence of undeclared nuclear material and undeclared nuclear activities.
